Hannon has challenged W., Fogwell for the rowing championship of New Zealand through Mr Coombes, of the Eefereo. The challenge has been accepted, and a match arranged. The articles have' been signed. Mr Hill has written to Guise, secretary of the New Zealand Olympic Council, asking what is being done in the Dominion regarding the team for Berlin. The question of the Antipodes being represented in yachting and tug of war is receiving consideration. There are plenty of good men to handle a yacht, but the difficulty of transporting the craft through the tropics is the drawback. SWIMMING. HANDICAP CHAMPION CUP.
