oTHE FINANCIAL MARKET. [By Electric Telegraph[United Press Association.] (Received 8.35 a.m.) London, February 24. The “Daily Mail” says that though there has been fa substantial setback to Home Government securities, the relapse in colonial stocks is comparatively small.- Some remain in the top places, and are not only a tribute to the steadiness of the colonial market, but an indication that however much speculation figured in the cheap money boom there is a good deal of solid investment.
