A message from Cape I*iuisterre auuounees that the steamer I nigeni, will reach England to-day. Sealed orders await the captain. A resolution will be moved at Sunday’s demonstration which condemns the deportations, welcomes the departeds, and demands that they return to South Africa. It will also summons the Imperial Government to withhold assent to the Indemnity Bill. The Management Committee rejected by a small majority an additional clause in favour of a. 2t hours’ strike unless the Government acceded to the terms of the resolution. THE UMCENI’S PASSENGERS TO LAND AT TILBURY. (Received 9.40 a.in.) London, February 2.4. The Unigeni is expected at Gravesend to-morrow'morning. It is expected the deporteds will bo landed at Tilhurv.
