A CHARGE OF MURDER.
REDUCED TO MANSLAUGHTER. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, February 21. In the Magistrate’s Court evidence was concluded in the case in which John Tucker is charged with murdering John Gallagher last Saturday. The charge was reduced to one of manslaughter and accused was committed for trial. Bail of £3OO was allowed.
