. 6 . BRIDGING INNER HARBOR. [PISR PrKSB ASSOCIATION. 1 Wellington, February 20. An agreement is being arrived at by which the Napier Harbor Boar! will receive £20,000 from the Gove".iment towards the construction of an embankment across the inner harbor at Napier, which will be used in connection with the construction of the East Coast railway. The Hawke's Hay County Council pay £25,000 to-
wards the erection of a ferro concrete bridge across the harbor. in addition, they receive £SOOO, which is to be deducted from the £25,000.
