THE TIDES. High water at New Plymouth to day 'A/AX a.m. and 4.15 p.m. To-mor-row 4.56 a.m. and 5.37 p.m. THE SUN. Rises to-morrow 5.23. Sets to-day 638, to-morrow 6.37. * The Flora arrived from southern ports, yesterday with 420 tons of gen. eral cargo. She sailed about 6 p.m. for West port and Greymouth. The Arapawa discharged her cargo of coal yesterday and sailed about o p.m. for Tarakohe. The Regulus, with 500 tons of coal. arrived from Westport yesterday morning. The vessel was unable to discharge owing to a 'shortage of labor, and is scheduled to leave at 5 p.m. to-day for Picton. The Kini is expected to leave Westport to-day for New Plymouth, via Onehunga. About 1000 tons will be landed hero next week.
