RIOT IN A BALLROOM.
FANCY DRESSERS DISAPPOINTED r BY Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 9 a.in.) Berlin, February 17. The award of prizes at a fancy dress ball in connection witli a balloon club at Coucelles led to a riot. The ladies fled, but the men fought with fists, glasses and any available weapon, including revolvers. Twenty were injured and two are in a critical condition.
