Therefore, it was the duty of the Territorials to maintain their efficiency and provide a good framework | for national service. i Major-General Lloyd declared that if women gave their backing to the Territorial force, it would be full to overflowing. He had never heard jibes and ridiculous taunts against the I Territorials. The numbers were lacking, but he doubted whether there i was a better second line in Europe.
