TROUBLE IN CHINA.
WHITE WOLVES REBELLION., [Br Eleotbio Telegraph—Copyright J [Uniteb Press Association. 1 (Received 9.30 a.m.) Peking, February 16. The Government is apprehensive regarding the White Wolves rebellion. Thirty thousand troops are forming cordons and attempting to hem them in. It is officially admitted that many army officers are assisting the rebels, who are incerasing daily.
