I A TRANSMITTER OF DISEASE. ; [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) Times—Sydney Sun Special Cables t (Received 8 a.m.) London, Rebruary 16. Dr. Beddoes has issued a warning that parrots are transmitters of parrot diseases. He quotes many cases, one third of which were fatal.
