Handicaps will appear in the "Stratford Post" about February 16, 1914. The boundaries for Event- No. 4 vvfll be the east side of Mangawhero Road to Riverlea, the north side of Eltham Road to Palmer Road, and the west side of Palmer Road to the Reserve.
