[Per Press Association.! Christchurch, February 13. The team of Australian bowlers concluded their visit to Christchurch to-day. They will a-ave for the South to-morrow morning. While here they played two matches with the members of the Christchurch centre, 25 heads up, the scores being: Christchurch 169 and 197, Australia 153 and 161. Four rinks from Hawera play a banner match with Stratford on the local green on Wednesday. A match between Eltham and Hawera was played on Hawera green on Thursday. Taking the three highest scores on each side, as required by the banner competition rules, the totals were—Hawera 89, Eltham 55. As a club game, play was continued to 25 heads, and the total scores were—Hawera 135, Eltham 70, Henson heating Murray 54 to 7, Foy losing to Carman 23 to 29, Parkinson beating Curteis 27 to 13, and Roertson beating Lcwin, 26 to 19.
