CHIDLEY IN COURT AGAIN. INDECENT PUBLICATIONS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyhightj [United Press Association..! Sydney, February 13. Recently the police seized in Chidley’s room 1700 copies of his book, “The Answer,” ami copies of the pictures and photo slides used in tbo production of the book, Chidley was charged with being the occupier of premises where indecent publications wore found, and was convicted. His sentence of two months’ imprisonment was suspended pending an appeal under sureties of good behaviour for twelve months. The confiscation of the books and pictures was ordered.
