Nomination Fees must accompany nominations, or will not he handicapped. This rule will be strictly enforced. All correspondence to he addressed to The Secretary, Rowan, via Stratford. _ Handicaps will appear in the “Stratford Post” about February 16, 1914. The boundaries for Event No. 4 will he the east side of Mangawhero Road to Riverlea, the north side of Eltham Road to Palmer Road, and the west side of Palmer Road to the Reserve.
