A KING AND HIS CABINET.
THE TROUBLE IN SWEDEN. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright 1 [United Press Association.] (Received 9.10 a.in.) Stockholm, February 11. The King’s outspoken utterances regarding defence without first consulting Ministers annoyed the Government. The Cabinet requested t’ac King that if in future he contemplated expressing political views to deign to inform Ministers beforehand. The King declined, to relinquish the right to speak freely to the Swedish people.
