KIKUYU CONTROVERSY.

Bishop Dm r ernet, of Prince Rupert, referring to the Kikuyu case, stated no, live years ago administered communion to Roman Catholics and dissenters in *the diocese and later met eight bishops, every one of whom approved, and he was never questioned anywhere. THE POWER TO DECIDE. (Received 9.10 a.m.) London, February 11. The Dean of Durham states that the final verdict in the Kikuyu controversy does not rest with the consultative committee or the Primate, but with the English Church. Bishop Weldon thinks the committee will prove indecisive, hut even if unanimous it does not carry compulsory power.
