• NEW RATES OF PAY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Asbooiattoh.j (Received 10.25 a.m.) Melbourne, February 10. Under the new rates of pay, the railway employees of Victoria will benefit to the extent of an extra £BO,OOO. The revised scheme operates from .Inly over twelve thousand men. Approximately half the service will benefit by the new regulations.
