I THE SUN. I Rises to-morrow 5.9. Sets to-day 6.52, to-morrow 6.51. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Kamona, from South, Saturday. Rarawa, from North, Tuesday. Rarawa, from North, Friday. Waipori, from Newcastle, via Picton, early.
The Rarawa had a long passage down from Onehnnga on Thursday night, not leaching New Plymouth till 10.45 a.m. She brought 80 tons of cargo and 2000 ft. of. timber.
The Flora arrived yesterday afternoon from southern ports with 'about 700 tons of general cargo. The vessel will be despatched for Westport and Greymouth this evening. There will be no general average in connection with the tire which"took place at Oamaru, the company having decided to forego the same and bear water loss, instead of calling on consignees to contribute. The Kamona is due from Groymouth to-day with 306 tons of coal. She will sail for Wellington after discharging. The Kaiapoi is at present discharging timber at Melbourne. From the latter port the vessel proceeds to Adelaide to complete unloading. She then goes to Kdithburg to load a cargo of salt and gypsum for Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier gt»ij Now Plymouth.
