THE NAVAL HOLIDAY.
GERMANY ATTITUDE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright;; [United Press Association.] Berlin, February 5. Discussing the Naval Estimates in the Reichstag, Herr von Jagow declared* that no positive proposals for a naval holiday had yet been made to Germany. If made they would be examined in the spirit of goodwill. He commented upon the naval expenditure in Germany for the past five years. It had increased by £2,750,000, while Great*Britain, who already possessed a •'fleet twice as strong as Germany's, had increased her naval expenditure ■ hy £10,800,000, apart from £3,000,000 expended on the Supplementary Estimated.
