LAWN TENNIS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.j London, February 5. England has challenged for the Davis Cup. SWIMMING. The following team has been provisionally selected to represent Stratford in the polo match at the Inglewood carnival on February 13th : Curtis, Kivell (2), Dewar, Lister, Kelly and Jones. This team, of course, is subject to alteration. It is hoped •that a practice can lie held early next week. HANDICAP CHAMPION CUP. The final of the 50yds distance for the Handicap Champion Cup will ho swum on Monday.
