U.S.A. EMBARGO LIFTED.
HOPES OF ENDING DEADLOCK.

President Wilson decided to lift tbo embargo on the exportation of arms into Mexico, thus allowing the Huertans and Constitutionalists secure to unlimited quantities. President Milson’s object is to enable one side or the other to gain definite military advantages and end tha present deadlock.
