Bekiragha, leader of the coup d'etat movement in Albania, was sentenced tfi death at Vnlona, and nine Turkish officers to From three to fifteen years' imprisonment. The Albanian civilians were acquitted. The Porte apologised to the Dutch Minister for the Basri Bey incident. The Ambassadors, in a Collective Note, complained of the frequent violations of the international law, and requested the Porte to prevent their recurrence.
