BANK MANAGER ARRESTED
BANK LOSES £1,200,000. [By Elkctric Telegraph—Copyright I iUnited Press Association.] (Received 9.25 a.m.) Paris, February 1. It is announced that the manager of an unnamed Paris bank has been arrested. The Bank lost £1 ; 200.000 in various enterprises.
