THE INDIAN COMMISSION.
UNSATISFACTORY POSITION. [By Electric Telegraph- Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) Capetown, January 28. The Indian Commission has opened. The Union Government is alone represented by counsel. No Indian witness is forthcoming. Sir William Solomon stated that the position was most unsatisfactory. He had asked for specific allegations, but none bad I Seen received.
