ASTRONOMICAL DISCREPANCY.

American astronomers at Flagstaff, Arizona, claim to have discovered that Mars lias twelve minutes less daylight than lias been previously calculated. Professor Lowell thinks that the discrepancy is clue to an error in the planet's accepted rotation.
