A report Iron Douglas, Arizona, states that an official decree barring Chinese as a national menace has been issued by General Carranza, leader of the Mexican Constitutionalists.
The Snnorn State Government has prohibited Chinese living therein and changing residences after entering the State.
Chinese mc-rchnnts will appear before the Chinese Ambassador at Washington to secure redress.
