THE INCREASING INTEREST. London, January 24. The Spectator, in view pi the coming deficit, recommends Mr Lloyd George to reconsider the naval loan on the ground of the enormous political advantage from regularising our expenditure similar to the German method under naval law, and also of frankly advertising our intentions to the world.
