LABOR PARTY IN LUCK. [By Electric Telesraph—Copyright} [UumeD Hrfss Association.] (Received 9.15 a.m.> London, January 25. The Edinburgh Court of Session declared that Miss Kippern's will was valid, bequeathing half of £IO,OOO in the estate to the Redmonds and half to Mr Keir Hardie for the Labour Party. The Court refused to decide whether the money was given to the Nationalists. The.judge said it seemed to he to the Redmonds personally.
