A semi-official message from Valona states that Kemal Hey has resigned the Presidency, and transferred his powers to a Commission of Control, with the object of delivering Albania from disorder and providing a single l Government.

A telegram reports Qiat the Grand Vizier informed the. British Ambassador that Turkey declined to recognise the Powers’ Aegean decision, and will not spare any effort to regain the most important of the Islands.
