LAWN TENNIS.
STRATFORD V. ELTHAM. The following are the results of the games played by the Stratford players in their return match against Eltham on the courts of the latter yesterday. In spite of had weather conditions, all the matches were finished,.the.mi suit being that Stratford won 13 sets and 138 games to 5 sets and 91) games by the Eltham Club. The visitors were most hospitably received, and an enjoyable afternoon was spent despite, the elements. Next Thursday the Club is travelling to New Plymouth to play the town club.
