The Wisconsin State law providing for the issue of marriage certificates only to those showing a clean hill ot health has been declared unconstitutional by the judge sitting in the Circuit Court. The case, which involves a decision as to the- legality of the so-called eugenics law, will go on appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
