A good deal of interest is being taken by our sporting readers in the Wellington race*; to-day, but we regret to say that very few results have, come to hand. This does not appear to he in any way the fault of the Press Association representative, whose messages, judging from the time they were handed in to the Telegraph Office, appear to have been dealt with quickly, and no delay occurred in the delivery at this end. However, why it should take a message from 12*30 till 3 o'clock to travel from Trentham to Stratford is a bit of a puzzle.
