The Government Meteorologist (Rev 0. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows:
The indications are for variable and moderate to strong breezes, but northerly moderate to strong winds prevailing. Expect warm and humid conditions. The weather will probably be dull and overcast at times. Barometer little movement.
