AUCKLAND CITY.
THE NEW VALUATION.
[Per Press Association.] Auckland, January 16
The Auckland city valuation, inclusive of the new wards of Parnell and Arch Hill, show an increase in the capital value for the past year of £1,239,000. Excluding the nevr wards, the increase is £730,619. The capital value of Auckland city is now £15,885,860.
