The Times, in a special article on the boxing championship, maintains that the National Sporting Club should never be allowed to stage a right between Johnson and Langford. Johnson's presence is intolerable in this famous arena, states the article, ivhich suggests that England, France, and the Tinted States should form an organisation to draw up a code of rules to govern boxing.
