The owner of a motor car was liner £1 this morning on a charge of crossing the railway in front of an approaching train.

Several Territorials were fined fron 2s Gil to £1 with costs- for non-at-tendance ut parades.
BURGLARY IN AUCKLAND.
Auckland, January 12
The residence and shop of H. SpinIcy, bootmaker and motor garage owner, in Kliyhcr Pass, were burglariously entered on Sunday afternoon in the absence of the family and about £6O in money and jewellery valued at £2O was stolen.
