Fashion-makers in Paris decreed that yellow and gold and gold and tan tones will prevail in the spring, while brown and subdued greyish greens will not be popular. Five new varieties of resida tints, ranging from mistletoe to cucumber and ultra brilliant assertive colors will be out of favor.
