Advices from Va-lona state that an Austrian steamer brought from Constantinople 200 Turkish soldiers and six officers who intended to rouse the population and proclaim Izzet Pasha as Prince. The provisional Government, with the co-operation of a European commission :md Dutch gendarmes, arrested them all.
