The Westminster Gazette slates that the Ulster negotiations continue without untoward incident. AN ABORTIVE CONFERENCE. “NOT EVEN LIMITED EXCLUSION.” (Received 10.30 a.m.) London, January 7. The Morning Post states that negotiations between -Mr Asquith and Mr Bonar Law proved abortive. Mr Asquith was unable to accede to even a limited exclusion of Ulster.
