The Paris newspapers pessimisticilly comment on Mr TTftyd George’s ■speech. M. Clemenceau, in an article in he “Homme Libre,” contrasts the Governmental organisation in Gernany and England and pictures the diplomacy which leads Mr Lloyd George to begin preparations for naional defeat when everything points o Turkey assuming the offensive tinier the guidance of Germany.
