Johannesburg, January 7
General Botha, speaking at Paul Petersburg, said that a Bill will be introduced djuring the next session of the Union Parliament to prevent strikers from interfering with free workers. Referring to the Indian trouble, he said that every white South African was of the unanimous opinion that it was a subject he could not be guided in or allow outside interference of any kind.
