Pest Cards. —lnland, single, id; rely, Id; all other places, single, Id; •ply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books ad Magazines, not registered).—All bices, id per 2oz. Magazines (regis-n-ed), inland, id for every Boz. or ■action thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz. r fraction thereof. One end must be ft open. Commercial Papers. —Town (for acounts, etc., only) id for 2ozs., or Id ;r first 4oz. and id each succeeding iz. Inland, Id for first 40z., and id >r each succeeding 2oz. All other laces lOoz. 2id, and id for every aditional 2oz. (Open for inspection).
Pattern and Sample Packets.-—Tn-nd, id first 2oz. or fraction thereof; ver 2oz. as for “all other places.” All ther places, Id first 4oz, every adifional 2oz. or fraction id. Registration.— 2d additional for all laces.
Newspapers. —Town and Inland, id ich, United Kingdom, Australia, Cauda, Ceylon, India, Jamaica, Natal, •range River, South Sea Islands, and Tansvaal, Id each paper. If under oz. sent by first available route ; over >z. sent by direct steamer only; un>ss specially addressed and paid at te of Id for first 4oz. and id for each ncceeding 2oz. All other places Id ich under 4oz. and id each extra 2cz. TELEPHONES. Charges —At exchanges continuousopen—Business establishments, £7 ; ■ivate residences, £5 per annum, xchanges not continuously open, an inal charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, .Dunedin, ivercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmston North, and Wanganui are open 1 day and all night. The other F.xbanges chiefly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PARCEL POST. a reels posted in the Dominion for delivery in New Zealand, not exceeding—

United Kingdom, British Possessions, Canada, United States, Hawaii and Germany, 3d for each £1 or fraction thereof.
