VICTORIAN BY-ELECTIONS.

Nominations for the Victorian byelections closed to-day for trie six seats in the Legislative Assembly automatically arising from members accepting office in the Watt Government. Three of <the (Ministers have-been re 4 turned unopposed. The Premier and the Attorney-Gen-eral each have a Labor opponent, whilst an Independent-Liberal candidate opposes the Minister for Agriculture.
