The Professional Musicians' Union lecided to move in the' matter of m'akug arrangements with a biograph dim distributing firm not controlled by .he biograph combine, to run picture shows in the Town Hall, with an orihestra consisting of men who are locked out. Negotiations are progress;ng to secure a temporary structure I n the heart of the city to accommodate a big crowd.

The Dublin seamen and firemen are taking a ballot as to whether they will resume work. THE NATAL MINERS. Durban, January 6. The miners have accepted the masters' terms, except on the question of .vages, regarding which negotiations ire proceeding.
