SEIZURE OF WAR MATERIAL. [By r/leothio Telegraph—Copyright] Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables London,. January 5. The Customs seized war material consigned to two regiments, taking the view that it was possible they were intended for Ulster. Although the cases were conspicuously marked with the Government broad arrow and despite the officers’ bitter protests the authorities refused to release the goods, arguing that the proclamation made no mention of exemptions.
