The Government disclaims any connection with the sale of the Dreadnought, which was entirely at Armstrong's disposal. Vice-Admiral HuetbaceUar, formerly Chief of the Commission which supervised the Rio de Janiero's construction, has been arrested for criticising the Government's action in parting with the vessel which has injured Brazil's prestige:
