THE UN HA Hi's ESSE D FORCES. [By Electric Telegraph —Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 10.00 a.in.) Sydney, January 3. The Herald, commenting on the possibilities of New Zealand’s water power, says that perhaps the biggest possible industrial development in New Zealand lies in the enormous volume of water power available for electrical generation. The paper mentions various schemes and estimates the forces unharnessed at 3,000,000 horse power.
