TERRIFIC STORMS,
HAVOC IN NEW JERSEY.
By Electric Telegraph—Copyright » Times—Sydney Sun Special Cables New York, December 29.
Great havoc has been caused on the New Jersey coast by storms. Eleven people are dead. Fishermen’s homes at Seabright were washed away by the sea, and the streets were flooded. Hundreds of men are working desperately to prevent undermined homes from sliding into the ocean.
The beaches are strewn with wreckage for miles.
