The Porte has informed the Powers that Turkey will not accept a special regime over an island temporarily occupied by Italy beyond what is stipulated for in the Treaty of Lausanne, nor will she entertain the" principle of correlation between the delimitation of the southern frontier of Albania and the disposal of the islands occupied by the Greeks.
