The late Cardinal Rampolla’s will, dated 1899, and leaving £40,000 to his sister was not granted probate owing to impending litigation. Process Altieri, the wife of Duke Carapobello, the Cardinal’s nephew, from whom she was living apart, claims the existence of a later will in favor cf her sons, of whom she i.,eir guardian. All search heretofore, however, has proved fruitless.
